一、教学目标：

1. 语言知识目标：

1) 能掌握以下单词： artist, crime, criminal, describe, differently, another, end,real

2) 能掌握描述人物相貌的句型。

2. 情感态度价值观目标：

帮助学生正确表述人物的相貌，并设计自己的样子。教育学生不能以貌取人。

二、教学重难点

1.正确、熟练地描述人物相貌。

2.培养学生的阅读技能。

三、教学过程

Ⅰ. Warming- up

Ⅱ. Pre-reading

1.Word game: Meet Mr.Opposite

3. Describe the teacher andlearn the new words.

Ⅲ. While-reading

1.Read and fill in the chart.

2. Read and answer the question:

3.Ask Ss to describe the three persons.

4.Finish 2c in groups.

Ⅳ. Post-reading

Activity: Ican describe the criminal !

1.Ask Ss to work in groups and finish the notice.
