　童年漫漫，回味无穷。　　英子在惠安馆见到了秀贞，认识了妞儿……但在她以后的日子里，这些人那些事都随着她的长大渐渐没了影子，似乎是跟着她失去的童年一块失去了。
　　曾经拥有的失去了，便不可再有那份快乐了，童年不就是这样？
　　打开《城南旧事》，我走进书中的童年；合上书本，我便情不自禁地走进自己的童年……
　　小时候，我跟着外婆生活，那时我并不懂得什么是烦恼，只盼自己快点长大。一次，我不高兴了，把熊娃娃狠命一摔，然后用脚踩它。我解气了，盯着熊娃娃满身的伤痕，不禁感到惋惜起来。后来，我上学了。有一次回老家，我无意中翻出了那个熊娃娃，瞧见它身上的“伤痕”，笑那时自己的无知，又感叹那时的可爱，羡慕那时的无忧无虑，但那童年却在我一点一点的长大中渐行渐远了。
　　英子小时候是那样的调皮而又善良，她不喜欢离别，但在成长中，离别成了一道有一道必不可少的风景。童年的歌谣不再萦绕耳旁，她在冬阳底下学骆驼咀嚼的傻事已不会再做了，骆驼队渐渐远去，她长大了。
　　长大了的林海音依然喜欢回味童年，所以她缓缓地给我们叙述着城南旧事。
　　童年是所有人的梦。
　　爸爸也曾给我讲他童年的故事。他说，他小时候下田帮爷爷插秧时，看见一只小青蛙，起了好奇心，手里的秧一丢，撒开腿就追。凑近了，他悄悄走上前，一扑，原以为捉到了，结果摊开手一看，只是淤泥。那些爷爷插好的秧，全被爸爸糟蹋了。我听完后，哈哈大笑，这个威严的爸爸曾经是个多么可爱的孩子呀！可惜一切都过去了，爸爸那快乐而可爱的童年已消失在他那一道道皱纹里了。
　　“爸爸的花落了，我也不再是小孩了。”读着《城南旧事》的结尾，我回味着童年的天真，感受着长大了的责任……
