It’s a break of Monday’s afternoon. All my friends left the classroom. I felt so boring. I thought It’s time to do some homework. At the same time, a classmate said to me: “Can you play a game with me?” “Of course!” I answered with a happy voice.
Then we went to the center of the playground. “It’s a good place.” My classmate said.
“What can we do?” I asked.
“I think we can play a game named ‘Red Hot Pepper’.” She smiled and told me, “It’s a skipping rope.”
“I guess it will be an interesting game. You do the first.” I said.
“No problem.” She said. She skipped and sang a song:“Vinegar, mustard, Pepper, salt. Chili sauce and pickles, onions mixed with malt. Catsup, ketchup, Red Hot Pepper···”
When she came to “Catsup, ketchup”, she skipped very very fast.
“Oh, my Lord! I can’t play the game so fast.” I thought.
Suddenly, the ring rang. “We’ll be late!” I shouted. We ran to the classroom as fast as we could. Before the ring stopped, we had just arrived the classroom. I could hear her weak voice: “Dear me. ”
I think “Red Hot Pepper” is a real interesting game, although I can’t play it very well.
