Module 4 Seeing the doctor Unit 1 I haven’tdone much exercise since I got my computer. 教学目标 【知识与技能】 1.掌握并运用重点短语:have a fever (cough; headache; stomach ache; toothache)。 2.掌握询问病情和诉说病情的语言结构。 3.能运用这些语言框架,进行医患角色的扮演。 4.能针对不健康的生活习惯,给出恰当的建议。 1. 能读懂有关旅行地点和旅行活动的描述并提取相关信息。 2. 能理解和复述课文语篇和完成语篇理解到运用的提升。 【情感、态度与价值观】 1.能够检查自身的生活习惯,对于存在的问题能主动寻求解决方案。 2.能够与他人讨论健康习惯上存在的问题,积极提出建议。 3.能够意识到生活习惯不同的人群持有不同的健康观念。 4.培养学生健康的生活方式。 5.能够关心自己及他人健康。 教学重难点 【教学重点】 1. 能运用所学语言功能进行医患角色的扮演。 2. 熟练运用for和since 的时间状语来表示自己的想法。 【教学难点】 能针对不健康的生活习惯,给出恰当的建议。 教学准备 多媒体、 CAI医生标志服装、导学案等等。 教学过程 Step 1Warm up and lead in 1. Greet the students as usual . 2. Show ashort video and lead in the module title. 3. Have studentstalk and share some advice they know about seeing the doctor. Then leadin the title of Unit 1. Step 2Listening and vocabulary. 1. Askstudents to look through the pictures and guess what’s wrong with the boy? 2. Lead in the new words and expressions with thehelp of the pictures, learn the new words and practice. Make sure students knowtheir meaning and pronunciation. 3. Then play the tape and have students listen and match the words in the box with thepictures. 4. Go through the table and make sure students knowwhat they’re going to do. 5. Ask studentsto listen more carefully and try to complete Act.2. Step 3Listening and reading 1. Play the tape for the students and have themlisten to get a general idea. Then invite a student to share. 2. Ask students to work in pairs in order todiscuss what they often say when they go to see the doctor. 3. Play again and ask students to answer thefollowing questions: 1) How long have you been like this? 2) What’s the doctor’s advice? 4. Ask students to read the dialogue bythemselves and try to complete the table in activity 3. 5. Have them read the dialogue after thetape. Then invite two groups to role play. Step 4 Conclusion Summarize the main content of the class. 课堂作业 1) Read the dialogue fluently. 2) Collect some information about seeing the doctors,the more, the better. 教学反思
